Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Check your order carefully before signing for it. Our staff take great care in packaging each order, but mishaps can occur during shipping. You must write clearly on the waybill of evident damage before the driver leaves your location. In the event of concealed damage, contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods to make a claim and keep all original packaging for inspection.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you wish to return an item or an order, you will need to call us at (778)670-1296 or email us at jodi@popbrochureholders.com. Returns must be pre-paid using your carrier within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Custom orders are non-refundable. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee ($35 minimum charge).
